The School Leadership Development Programme is open to all Form 1 students who have proven excellent Ujian Penilaian Sekolah Rendah (UPSR) results and outstanding achievements in extra-curricular activities.


University Leadership Development Programme, or ULDP in short, is a fifteen-day ‘summer camp’ style leadership development programme for Malaysian undergraduates.

Young CEO Development Programme, or YCDP in short, is a two-year leadership development programme for Malaysian young professionals.

Since its inception in 2011, Axiata Young Talent Programme (AYTP) has been dedicated towards grooming young Malaysians in achieving their aspiration to be future world-class CEOs. The brainchild of Tan Sri Jamaluddin Ibrahim, Group CEO of Axiata Group Berhad, AYTP consists of three unique leadership development tracks designed specifically for an identified age group; National Secondary School Programme, University Leadership Development Programme and Young CEO Development Programme. Through its various leadership development programmes, students and young professionals are steeped in the essentials of critical skills and leadership competencies – characteristics and values that have been identified every CEO needs to succeed.
